 HOW TO USE: For effectiveness use with a sitz bath basin. Use 1-2 full Tablespoon into warm water sitz bath basin and soak for 20 minutes. If soaking with your entire body use 4-6 full table spoons until your desired texture is achieved.

When using in a tub you will need more soak because your using a lot more water and soaking your entire body. When using a sitz bath you only need a little bit of soak since your only soaking your vaginal area which does not need much water.
